Processing of Booking Requests To ensure smooth delivery of your booking orders on the dates specified, we require complete, accurate details of the recipient, address details, postal code and contact number(s).
The orders will be processed only if full payment details are given or payments processed online. We accept payment by all major credit cards. We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years. Availability & Pricing We always try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we come to find out any error in the price of any item/room category, you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your booking order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we face failure in contacting you we will treat the order as cancelled. All prices advertised on the website are subject to change without notice.
When a customer places an order or booking request at sanatravelandtours.com website or over the phone, he/she is to receive a confirmation by email/fax / SMS, which will be considered as a contract. In case that the customer requests cancellation, they will be charged a cancellation fee as will be communicated before order confirmation.
To cancel a confirmed reservation after 40 days, charges will be 25% of the total stay (as per booking).
To cancel a confirmed reservation after 25 days, charges will be 100% of the total stay (as per booking).
Consumer Rights; Sana Maldives is fully committed to providing its customers with the best possible service. In any event, if you are not satisfied with the service that you have received please let us know via email and your complaint will be investigated. If we are convinced that your complaint is genuine, a suitable replacement or refund may be given. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
